Consent, Opt-In, and Opt-Out

Businesses using Hagal to message people on WhatsApp may contact recipients only if: (a) they have the recipient's mobile phone number; and (b) they have received opt-in permission confirming that the recipient wishes to receive subsequent messages or calls. Businesses are solely responsible for obtaining opt-in in a manner that complies with applicable law and Meta's policies.

Businesses must respect all requests—on or off WhatsApp—to block, discontinue, or otherwise opt out of communications via WhatsApp, including removing that person from contact lists. We provide tools to help honor opt-out and data deletion requests. End users may also contact us at the address below to request deletion of personal data we process.
